Lynn Hughes is a self-taught artist.

"My dolls dance for all women: They dance for the women who are hungry, who are lonely, who are weary but have what it takes to get up and feed the children. For the women who continue to fight for their freedoms and are bringing new light, love, and balance through their feminine awareness & energy.

Each of my dolls is handcrafted and made at my studio in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina where I live with my husband, Tom, who makes my stands, and our kitties, Camille and Lilly.

Jody Bender has recently made a transition from West to East, back to the mountains.  She finds inspiration and wonder in the diversity of the oldest mountains in the world.

"I have a profound love of nature, and have had the opportunity to travel around the world and observe some of natures finest wonders.

I like to express myself through photography and art, and would like to share with others health and beauty products which are in line with my goal of environmentally responsible living.  I also hope to collaborate with other artists and designers and offer unique fashion items, jewelry and accessories."
